Comprising one double bedroom (off the balcony) and an additional bedroom with two single beds. The large bathroom has entrances from both bedrooms. There is a generous size private sitting room upstairs onto a shared balcony with stunning views.
Both Cà di Castagna I and Cà di Castagna II have access via their own stairs to an expansive, luxurious area downstairs that includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen including larder fridge and five ring gas cooker with electric oven.
- A dining area with large glass top table and seating for up to 12 people.
- An additional large sitting room with L-shaped sofa and cosy fireplace.
- A further seating area with lighter summer furniture within the arches overlooking the terraces for reading and relaxing.
The courtyard is the main access point for all areas and is a tranquil and relaxed area for eating, reading or relaxing.
There is access to the grounds and pool with decked area nestled on one of the terraces that cascades down the hillside.
