Comprising two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms off a long and impressive entrance hall with vaulted ceiling. The entrance draws you out to a shared balcony with stunning views. There is an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom off the balcony and the private sitting room with closed fireplace has entrances from the hall and onto the balcony.

Both Cà di Castagna I and Cà di Castagna II have access via their own stairs to an expansive, luxurious area downstairs that includes:

• A fully equipped kitchen including larder fridge and five ring gas cooker with oven.
• A dining area with large glass top table and seating for up to 10 people.
• An additional large sitting room with L-shaped sofa and cosy fireplace.
• A further seating area with lighter summer furniture within the arches overlooking the terraces for reading and relaxing.

The courtyard is the main access point for all areas and is a tranquil and relaxed area for eating, reading or relaxing.

There is a path from the house to the dining terrace/bbq area (with children's sandpit) and decked salt water pool nestled on one of the lower terraces.

PLEASE NOTE THAT the entire villa is rented as one house in July and August.  Outside of the summer dates, either Cà di Castagna I or Cà di Castagna II can be rented separately.  Additional accommodation for two adults may also available with the annexe, Essiccatoio.
