PRICES AND BOOKING

Prices are for the whole villa and range from £1690-£2200 (excluding the annexe) depending on the season.  Outside of June to September the wings are available to rent separately. The price includes cleaning prior to arrival, provision of clean linen including towels, hot water and electricity. The following are excluded: heating (if required), mid stay cleaning and additional logs for fires.

A 30% deposit is required on booking with the remainder payable a minimum of 8 weeks prior to your stay.  Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.

- on-site catering evenings or Sunday lunchtime

- honesty wine 'cellar'

- wine tasting at local enoteca with English translator

- pre-arrival shopping

- local organic seasonal produce, particularly fruit and vegetables
